The next month or so I will be hosting events in Doylestown for our local film makers to screen their works and do a live discussion about independent film making. Just to update my friends! Jersey Justice is being reedited and almost ready for it's next advance to NYC and LA (with a stop off in Texas!). I am very proud of our actors and crew members for coming to the screenings and making it an event every time. What's next...... ?

Christopher Mann is heading to the Bahamas for work on Tony Gilroy's (Michael Clayton) new corperate thriller starring Clive Owen and Julia Roberts. Congrats my friend.

We here at BTF are moving forward to our next outing.

      The script for "Pure Life" is almost in a second draft and we would like to start the film in 2009. Commitments from our regular cast members are helping us get financing and with the right push, we will get this to be a huge movie with big name stars.  We are accepting applications for crew members and actors. Pre-Production is in the works for late 2008 and with our business plan being ready, we will make this the best "Philly Movie" since 'ROCKY'. The story is based on real life events from a story by Chris McMullin and screenplay by John Hunt (me!) We are attracting a name director to the project and some fine Hollywood actors. We will make announcements when the ink is dry.

We are happy to announce that an after screening party of "Jersey Justice" will be held at Carmine's Creole Cafe after the 7pm showing at The Bryn Mawr Institute on Wednesday- Jan 16, 2008. John Mims is our host and will present a delicious buffet for our friends who would like to join us and meet the stars and the producers. The cafe is located two doors down from the theater, so stop by and join in on the fun!

Wednesday, Jan 16th, 2008 for a 7pm screening. Huge theater with over 300 seats and we are going to sell out! This is the first time we are previewing our movie in the City of Brotherly Love (Philly for out of touchers). We will have some more news about our worldwide distribution for 2008 and we are going to bring "Jersey Justice" to the rest of the world.

We want to thank our friends, crew and cast members for making these screenings outstanding. Also, we want to promote our actors upcoming work and films on this website. Keep an eye out for:

Blanche Baker in "Jack Ketchum's ; The Girl Next Door" due for release on DVD from Starz Entertainment this month. Already a well recieved motion picture that has been called by Horror Legend Stephen King;

 "The first authentically shocking American film I've seen since Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer over 20 years ago. If you are easily disturbed, you should not watch this movie. If, on the other hand, you are prepared for a long look into hell, suburban style, The Girl Next Door will not disappoint. This is the dark-side-of-the-moon version of Stand By Me."

Blanche is also in Kevin Bacon's new HBO film "Taking Chance" with TomWopat.

Christopher Mann is on screen in George Clooney's huge hit "Michael Clayton" and is also in "Our Lady of Victory"  coming soon.

John Charles Hunt has ready a video this month called

"Merry FX-Mas" for "Those Dreaded Gnats" (you tube)

and also doing 2 other exciting projects in the works. The script for "A Pure Life" is ready and being entered into script competitions. Plans for pre-production are coming soon.

Sal Mazzotta's new DVD production of "The Unknown Trilogy" is coming soon from Eagle Films. Sal is also ready to start production on "Mafioso:The Son", a sequel to his huge DVD hit set in Philly and AC. Johnny Williams co-stars and other major motion picture stars like David Proval and Angie Everhart! Best of Luck to all!

Vince Riviezzo is curently starring in "The Driver" for producer Connie Lamothe in Philly. Good luck!
